Job Overview:
Join our ambitious team at Arm as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. This is an outstanding opportunity to improve our world-class FA capabilities while working closely with internal labs and external FA partners. You will play a crucial role in flawlessly coordinating FA activities and ensuring execution efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate FA execution with FA houses, third-party labs, and external partners, including methodology alignment and issue follow-up.
- Provide hands-on technical support for FA tools, lab operations, and onsite troubleshooting.
- Support internal silicon and system-level FA cases by providing technical mentorship and coordination.
- Drive FA process optimization, execution efficiency improvement, and lab operation readiness.
Necessary Skills and Background:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in failure analysis or related roles.
- Practical experience supporting semiconductor failure analysis activities.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor product failure modes and appropriate FA methods.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting FA for high-reliability semiconductor products.
- Familiarity with common FA tools and techniques.
- Experience working with OSATs, FA labs, or customer quality teams.
- Ability to support onsite solving and process improvement.
