Working with our customers means that you will need to understand what they want to achieve, analyse their requests and issues and provide a solution that moves them forward. You will be driving everything related to security for our new solutions.

We are looking for a senior security manager within Arm’s IoT team, defining the security credentials and capabilities for high performance system on chip (SoC) to protect higher value assets, such as trained AI models, or even national infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated individual who has the experience to address these needs.

Trust and security are fundamentals for any computing platform, especially for IoT devices as endpoints and edge devices. You will partner with engineering teams, external ecosystem partners and acting as the voice of the customer to motivate change which improve our products and help our partners adopt new technology.

The role will require enthusiasm, autonomy, travel overseas and a real passion for innovation!

Responsibilities:

  • Define system-level use case modelling to resolve appropriate approach to platform security
  • Write requirements for hardware SoC capabilities, SDKs, BSP, software, tools and the value proposition for security based on use cases
  • Collate market feedback to guide product managers and engineering teams in the development of compelling solutions.
  • Together with sophisticated knowledge of industry trends and SoC products, translate customer requirements, feedback, and market dynamics into future product requirements ensuring a compelling value proposition of our products.
  • Develop partnership with industry service providers to establish a broad value proposition that enables secure deployment and provisioning of devices
  • Build and present value propositions, collateral, and drive positioning for Arm solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Knowledge of system level security for SoCs, particularly on Linux based systems
  • Product experience of device attestation, asset protection and confidential computing
  • High level of autonomy, working independently and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Product management or commercial roles related to Silicon, IP, or SoC products.
  • Proven experience related to IoT hardware or software

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build consensus across teams
  • Qualification in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in the SoC industry, design or equivalent
  • Understanding of ISP, GPU, Video, and Display processing technologies relevant for content protection
  • Knowledge of SoC/ASIC design processes
