Job Overview:
Are you ready to lead the next evolution of risk and assurance in a globally respected tech company? At Arm, we're building the future of computing—together. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond compliance and help shape how we identify, quantify, and manage security risk across our enterprise and supply chain.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with delivery. You’ll lead our approach to enterprise risk and third-party assurance, build confidence in control effectiveness, and equip the business with the insights it needs to make informed, secure decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Line-manage and develop a high-performing team, built on trust, feedback, and accountability—while modelling inclusion, curiosity, and clear direction.
- Deliver the adoption of risk quantification methods (e.g. FAIR and FAIR-CAM) to support investment decisions and executive-level reporting.
- Embed critical asset management accountability by partnering with owners to ensure accurate classification, control coverage, and resilience plans.
- Drive third-party security assurance, from supplier tiering and assessments to continuous monitoring and Arm’s own response to vendor due diligence.
- Manage the end-to-end security assurance program: design control attestations, validate effectiveness, and drive timely, accountable remediation.
- Lead the Corrective & Preventative Action lifecycle, ensuring audit findings, post incident reviews, and assessments lead to meaningful, sustained improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience leading enterprise security risk programs—practical and scalable.
- Deep understanding of control frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX) and how to apply them.
- Experience driving third-party risk strategies and supplier oversight.
- Clear communicator with a strong delivery mindset—can engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Proven track record leading self-regulating teams, building talent, and coordinating across functions.
“Nice to Have” Skills and Experience:
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP or FAIR are a plus—although impact and the courage to challenge, "fail fast" and learn faster matter more than acronyms.
- ServiceNow IRM expertise to deliver automation and insight
- Demonstrated success driving security transformation in a globally distributed, fast-scaling tech environment.
In Return:
Arm is a global organization powered by a diverse community of high-impact collaborators. By enabling a dynamic, inclusive, meritocratic, and open workplace where everyone can grow and succeed, we encourage our people to share their outstanding contributions to Arm's success in the global marketplace.
