Job Overview:
This exciting Counsel / Senior Counsel role is based in the United Kingdom, reporting into the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and will serve as the member of the legal team with primary responsibility for day-to-day corporate legal activities in EMEA!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include;
- M&A activity
- strategic legal advice
- corporate secretarial activities
- corporate governance, regulatory and securities activities
Required Skills and Experience :
Candidates should be licensed to practice law in the United Kingdom or the United States and have at minimum +3 years PQE at a leading law firm, ideally in corporate / M&A. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple jurisdictions are needed.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
Prior semiconductor or technology industry experience is not required.
