This opportunity is for an experienced marketing professional to join our team in Cambridge. The Senior Manager of AI Software Product Marketing reports to the Head of Technology Strategy Product Marketing. Our team sits within the Arm marketing organisation and is tasked with working closely with groundbreaking Arm technologies, to deliver outstanding product messaging that demonstrates the external technology direction for the Arm ecosystem.

Together, we lead marketing messaging for a broad set of horizontal technologies and trends, including AI. As AI continues to encourage new possibilities, the Arm compute platform is increasingly the foundation of choice. The software ecosystem is moving faster than ever, with new models and workloads regularly emerging.

Job Overview:

This role at Arm will explore how to position Arm’s software initiatives, in a fast-paced environment, we need to be able to respond to external changes at pace. This position offers a chance to work with a wide range of teams from across the company to establish product and technology messaging, aligning priorities across the business.

The role includes working with senior collaborators to understand and decipher business goals and set marketing strategies.

It involves turning deeply technical information into storytelling narratives and highlighting new industry trends.

You will work with the wider marketing team to deploy messaging outbound through campaigns, events, and other channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong technical relationships with software areas of the business.
  • Craft aspiration technology messaging capable of demonstrating Arm's technical vision.
  • Document and maintain technology product marketing calendars, being a source of truth for key technical turning points.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Ability to gain a deep technical understanding of horizontal hardware and software products.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyse product features from a wide variety of sources and distil core value proposition.
  • Ability to research and understand key software initiatives: AI frameworks, models, libraries, compilers, markets and business models.
  • Ability to work closely with other marketing professionals to deliver campaigns and collateral to key target audiences across various channels.
  • Experience influencing senior decision-makers at technical and business levels

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience working with software products or messaging.
  • Experience with any part of the AI software stack, including AI models, frameworks, compilers or libraries.
  • Proactive, methodical, and creative problem solver.
  • Proven track record to change, adapt, and grow in dynamic work environments.
