Guided by our vision—engineering redefined through smarter workflows, faster execution, and greater creativity—we’re creating an environment where technology amplifies human potential.
As an AI Solutions Architect, you’ll be a catalyst for this transformation! The role partners with engineering teams across Arm to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions that make development faster, smarter, and more intuitive. You’ll apply your technical depth and creativity to deliver impactful, real-world results—all while shaping Arm’s next era of AI-driven engineering.
Responsibilities:
As part of your work, you will:
- Partner with engineering teams as a trusted technical adviser, embedding with them to solve complex, high-value challenges using AI.
- Turn bold ideas into reality—design and deliver AI solutions that scale from prototype to production and enhance everyday engineering.
- Define target AI architectures and integration standards that embed AI seamlessly into existing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with multi-functional domain experts to ensure every AI solution aligns with Arm’s long-term strategy and vision.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, growing technical expertise, fostering innovation, and encouraging collaboration across projects.
- Capture and share standard processes, creating reusable components that speed up future AI projects.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement across Arm’s engineering communities.
Required skills and experience:
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Proven experience in solution architecture, AI, or software engineering, with a proven record of deploying machine learning or generative AI at scale.
- Experience with LLM systems (prompting, RAG, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and LLMOps).
- Have hands-on experience with agentic AI (planning, memory, tool orchestration) and agent frameworks, with hands-on experience coding, testing, and deploying single- and multi-agent systems.
- Have experience with enterprise-grade LLM APIs or comparable AI platforms
- Have experience with prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Are fluent in Python or a similar language and enjoy prototyping ideas into working solutions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, building trust with engineers and leaders alike.
- Are endlessly curious, collaborative, and passionate about simplifying complex systems.
“Nice to have” skills and experience:
- Experience in semiconductor or large-scale software environments.
- Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, or enterprise-level AI/ML deployment.
- Contributions to open-source projects, thought leadership, or technical communities.
- Experience using AI to improve developer workflows or data visualisation.
In return:
This role offers the chance to grow as both a technologist and a leader. You’ll work at the heart of Arm’s AI transformation, where your ideas and technical insight can directly shape how thousands of engineers work.
What’s in it for you:
- The opportunity to build and lead AI solutions that are adopted across real engineering teams.
- Continuous learning through collaboration with experts across software, hardware, and AI.
- A supportive environment that values experimentation, professional growth, and inclusion.
- The satisfaction of seeing your work improve how engineers design, test, and build the future of computing.
