Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain methodology and flows related to timing constraints generation/verification and closure
- Should be able to handle STA tools and flow for both block and top-level constraints generation and validation
- Full chip and block level timing closure ownership throughout the entire project cycle
- Work closely with various multi-functional teams on resolving complex timing issues for complex SoCs
- Understand and improve existing methodologies and flows
Required Skills and Experience :
- Good understanding of ASIC design timing constraints generation and signoff flow and methodology
- Proven experience in handling timing constraints for Func and Test modes, block and SoC level static timing analysis
- Well-verse with STA tools in handling constraint generation and validation flow for block and SoC level
- Strong knowledge on constraint analysis and debug, using industry standard tools
- Good understanding of timing corners/modes, process variations, and signal integrity related challenges
- Timing closure experience with designs having multi power/voltage domains
- Good skill on Automation (Perl/Tcl/Python)
- Good exposure in power aware synthesis for block and top level
- Familiarity with synthesis, logic equivalence, DFT, CLP and backend related methodology and tools
- Self-starter and highly motivated to work with different cross functional team
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
