The Solutions Engineering Operations team is seeking an Operations Analyst Intern who is eager to apply technical and analytical skills in the semiconductor industry. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how data analysis, automation, and process optimization support world-class engineering teams.
Whatyou could be doing as an Operations Analyst Intern?
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize data on semiconductor quality, performance, and issue resolution.
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and process documentation to help onboard and support global teams.
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Helping to automate reports and workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Contributing to process optimization initiatives, documenting findings, and sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
- Participating in team meetings, learning how technical operations support product development across the organization.
Throughout your internship, you’ll work closely with mentors who will guide your technical learning and professional development.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Exposure to Python, Bash, or another scripting language to support automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about learning how data and automation drive process efficiency in complex engineering environments.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to work with diverse teams and new technologies.

This is a non-exempt hourly role which will be paid at an hourly rate based on the number of hours worked. Pay rates vary by location and educational level.
