Job Overview:

As the Identity and Access Management Product owner, you will work in conjunction with business partners and technical teams to develop and maintain a ground breaking IT Identity solution that transforms our infrastructure and development processes. In this product owner role, you will demonstrate your deep expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies to optimise both processes and solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, with strong product owner skills and a consistent background in delivering outcome based user focused IAM solutions. You will play a key role in aligning Identity strategies with business goals, encouraging innovation, and promoting continuous improvement across Arm.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a product roadmap that aligns to the requirements of a broad range of stakeholders across security, engineering and the business.
  • Collaborate with partners across IT, development, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with our engineering teams to define a platform that provides low friction but secure solutions for both human and non human identities.
  • Encourage innovation and experimentation to improve automation capabilities and keep the team at the forefront of technology.
  • Aligning with our service teams to ensure all new capabilities developed are aligned to Arms experience focused approach to solutions.
  • Partnering with the security teams to align Arms identity systems with our security standards.
  • Focusing on an automation first approach to identity which empowers our Arm colleagues to quickly and securely access all of Arm data and systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A highly motivated, self-driven product owner, ideally with 4 - 5 years experience and a demonstrated track record of delivering successful Identity initiatives, with a deep understanding of both technical and process aspects of Identity and Access Management.
  • Expertise in hybrid environments, with the ability to design, manage, and automate on-premise identity alongside cloud directories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in partnership with other teams across the organization, fostering a collaborative environment to drive business objectives.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of managing human and non human identities!
  • Proven track record in cloud identity preferably Entra ID!
