What You’ll Do
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the People function, delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic support through The Hub and Live Chat, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Manage, update, and enhance The Hub, ensuring content, workflows, and processes are current, intuitive, and optimized for an excellent user experience.
- Partner closely with our regional People Partnering team and colleagues across the globe to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Administer key People processes across the lifecycle, including onboarding, contract creation, role changes, leaves of absence, local benefits (including enrollment) and exits.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within SuccessFactors and digital files, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and data, enhancing knowledge content, and recommending process efficiencies.
- Provide centralized administrative support across the People Team — from letters and references to compliance and recognition activities.
- Act as a change advocate, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and elevate People processes regionally and globally.
- Work with People Team colleagues in APAC to drive specific improvement and engagement projects that make Arm a stronger company
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident collaborating across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are an advantage
- A customer-first mindset with genuine curiosity, empathy, and a passion for service excellence.
- Strong analytical ability — able to navigate systems and data to identify insights and improvements.
- Confidence to make recommendations, challenge constructively, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Excellent organization and prioritization — able to manage multiple requests and deadlines with precision.
- A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a focus on learning and adaptability.
- Familiarity with People systems
Why Join Arm
- Contribute to a team that’s shaping the future of how people experience work within a truly global technology leader.
