Job Overview:
The Senior Partner Manager holds an account-based role passionate about planning and carrying out Arm’s corporate strategies to discover and grow new business opportunities. This excellent opportunity calls for a solid grasp of the technology landscape and the skill to transform this insight into actionable business plans aligned with corporate strategic goals. We want a highly motivated person to develop and implement the engagement plan while establishing strong connections with internal teams like the Arm Taiwan account team, Line of Business, Legal, Central Engineering, and Enterprise Marketing. Together, they will define goals and enhance Arm's ecosystem influence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account development to achieve new sales to existing customers over the medium to longer-term and improve customer lifetime value.
- Identify and establish connections with each target customer’s purchasing network and the appropriate decision-makers within it.
- Engage at the CxO level within customer organizations and leverage Arm Executives when required.
- Collaborate with customer business units, engineering, product management, and C level to understand business challenges and identify the best Arm solution for the client.
- Deliver on quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets.
- Foster a highly collaborative work environment with the ability to influence all levels, both within and beyond the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in Account Management with a fast-growing technology business of scale.
- Demonstrated sophisticated skills in customer relationship and account management.
- Solid technical knowledge in semiconductor and/or high tech.
- Outstanding selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-divisional and multinational environment.
- Proven skills in managing customer relationships, with the ability to sway and benefit Arm’s partners and business.
- Comfortable operating at VP and Executive levels.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities to optimize all resources—technical, commercial, marketing—for the best outcome for the customer and Arm.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, with the ability to travel outside the region occasionally.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA or BSc degree preferred (technical related major such as Electrical Engineering.).
- Understanding of SoC business and familiarity with the SoC market.
- Knowledge of IP business models.
