Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help customers translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions built around Arm technologies. This role serves as a strategic technical partner to customers, working closely with architects, engineering leaders, and decision-makers to understand workloads, define solution architectures, and establish a clear path from technical evaluation to successful adoption.

The Solutions Architect will collaborate across Sales, Business Units, engineering, Silicon FAEs, OEM partners, and ecosystem teams to shape strategic opportunities, identify technical risks and adoption barriers, and bring together the right resources to demonstrate customer value. The ideal candidate combines strong system-level technical expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and commercial awareness, with the ability to connect technical outcomes to design wins and broader business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customer/ODM/OEM architects, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers to understand workloads, system requirements, constraints, and business objectives, then translate them into high-level solution architectures incorporating Arm silicon.
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-value use cases, define customer-specific technical value propositions, and determine what must be demonstrated to advance opportunities toward evaluation, design decisions, and commercial commitments.
  • Lead architecture discussions, solution workshops, technical presentations, roadmap conversations, and whiteboarding sessions with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Determine how Arm silicon can best integrate into customer-developed systems, appliances, platforms, and infrastructure, particularly for non-standard or emerging solutions.
  • Define evaluation objectives, platforms, workloads, success criteria, and expected business outcomes, then establish a clear path from architecture definition to technical evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for the customer’s program, project, and engineering management teams.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Business Units, PEG, Silicon FAEs, OEM partners, engineering, product, and ecosystem teams to bring the right expertise into strategic opportunities at the right time.
  • Capture recurring customer requirements, architecture trends, and market needs, and provide feedback to product and business teams to identify repeatable solutions and broader go-to-market opportunities.
  • Help convert successful technical engagements and evaluations into customer decisions, design wins, and commercial milestones.
  • Provide regular insights on competitive landscape and regional market trends to Arm’s business unit and sales teams.

Serve as the local technical liaison for regional strategic engagements and R&D

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Strong understanding of server and infrastructure architectures, CPUs, SoCs, memory systems, networking, storage, accelerators, and platform software.
  • Experience translating customer requirements and workloads into system-level architecture recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, datacenter, AI infrastructure, networking, security, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working with silicon platforms, CPUs, SoCs, accelerators, or related semiconductor technologies.
  • Ability to understand both hardware and software implications of system architecture decisions.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage credibly with customer architects, engineering leaders, technical executives, and product organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple engineering and business organizations to drive a customer solution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations and lead through influence.
  • Knowledge of Physical AI, Automotive and Edge AI applications would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with South East Asia technology market dynamics would be a plus.
