Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior People Enablement Manager for APAC, this role will be based in our Taiwan office and will provide People Team operational support to our teams based in APAC.
The role holder will also work closely with the India & APAC Talent Acquisition lead and our People Hub team, covering the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with our PH team to ensure the successful onboarding of all new joiners in APAC – completing onboarding data entry, paperwork and the relevant filings with government departments and agencies as necessary.
- You will work closely with the TA team to support the hiring process for our vacancies in China, providing operational support and assisting with qualification of shortlisted candidates to hiring teams.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Complete data entry in our systems.
- Support the benefits administration of our employees in APAC, by providing timely information to vendors and ensuring services are being delivered in accordance with our policies and Service Level Agreements.
- Providing advice to employees and managers about people issues.
- Supporting the offboarding process, ensuring that leavers are processed in a timely way.
- Assisting the PM in ad hoc projects to improve the quality of our policies and processes and to build manager capability.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Able to conduct business in English and Mandarin
- Experience in an HR Generalist role, with experience of both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition
- Passionate about employee experience, able to demonstrate attention to detail and care in delivering on processes
- Able to navigate information and data expertly
- Systems thinker – able to see the connected parts that join up to create an overall experience and achieve an outcome, and how to improve and optimize these
- Curious, keen to learn about different cultures, processes and ways of working
- Excellence in partnership and collaboration
