Job Description

This is a customer-facing role committed to supporting Arm's Physical AI software platforms, ecosystem solutions, and next-generation compute technologies across Automotive and Robotics. You will join a highly skilled team providing technical support through customer cases, training, documentation, and enablement activities. This position provides strong opportunities for innovation, and technical expertise as Arm expands its Physical AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to partners and customers on firmware, software and system-level issues across Arm-based platforms.
  • Support Physical AI solutions, including AI frameworks, software stacks and GPU technologies.
  • Build and deliver customer training material (primarily remote).
  • Test engineering work you're doing and provide technical feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Assist with reproducing customer issues, and root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute technical blogs, knowledge articles, examples, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Collaborate with AI, GPU, software, and ecosystem teams to improve customer experience and accelerate technology adoption.
  • Travel occasionally to Arm sites and customer/partner locations.

Competencies and Work Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in firmware and software development.
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills.
  • Experience debugging complex software stacks from firmware through OS and application layers (Linux, RTOS).
  • An understanding of multi-processor systems, SoC or Compute Sub System design.
  • Solid understanding of Arm processor architectures.
  • Automotive software experience (TF-A, TF-M, SCP-firmware)
  • Familiarity with Yocto and embedded Linux ecosystems.
  • Experience working with AI/ML software stacks, GPU technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-facing interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and collaborate across multiple technology domains.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or inference runtimes.
  • Knowledge of GPU architecture, graphics drivers, compute APIs, or AI accelerators.
  • Knowledge of ISP drivers and imaging software stacks.
  • Experience in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or Physical AI deployments.
  • System bring-up and JTAG debugging expertise.
  • Experience with RTL simulation environments and programming tools.
  • Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262) and/or cybersecurity processes.

€78500 - €106300 per year
