Job Overview:

Arm's IoT Product team oversees all product and strategic partner activities across all IoT segments addressed by our technologies and businesses. We enable Edge AI transformation with Arm’s compute solutions that encompass multiple architectures: Cortex-A processors, Cortex-M processors, and Ethos-U NPUs. A critical component to the success of our Edge AI partners is a robust software and tools ecosystem. Our mission is to ensure the successful design-in and deployment of Arm Edge AI technology for our partners.

This role involves managing and marketing Arm’s Cortex-A and AI software ecosystem, which includes several open-source projects as well as third-party proprietary solutions. The marketing manager position can be based either in Cambridge, U.K., or Sophia Antipolis, France, and reports to the Director of Product Management for IoT.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with proven experience to collaborate closely with our third-party partners, silicon partners, Arm’s engineering, marketing, and the wider Arm team to deliver a strong value proposition for Arm’s Cortex-A developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead relevant software and tools product marketing goals, objectives, priorities, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with and support the Arm IoT product team in delivering compelling value propositions for Arm’s Edge AI solutions based on Cortex-A processors and Ethos-U NPUs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic IoT Ecosystem partners (e.g., OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, Software Innovators) to understand market requirements and synthesize these into strong value propositions for Arm solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on software development experience in relevant domains, such as developing Linux applications on embedded platforms.
  • Understanding of continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) requirements in IoT.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (such as Meta’s PyTorch, Google’s TensorFlow) and familiarity with IoT software stacks such as AWS IoT Greengrass.
  • Experience in creating effective messages, narratives, and stories to promote technologies engagingly.
  • Ability to connect with and build positive relationships with internal teams and ecosystem partners to drive joint announcements, activities, and marketing campaigns, and to empower others to achieve joint objectives.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Background in technology marketing with demonstrated ability at a tier 1 technology company.
  • Specific knowledge and experience with Arm technologies, ideally with a deep understanding of Arm’s IoT business.
  • Good presentation skills and comfort speaking to peers and colleagues, extending to leadership level.
  • Understanding of Arm’s technologies (hardware, tools, and software), markets, and ecosystem, ideally with an IoT focus.

In Return:

We offer the opportunity to integrate into an experienced team at the forefront of the Edge AI revolution. You will learn from Arm’s experts in machine learning technology and Edge AI solutions.
