Job Overview:

Windows on Arm is gaining great momentum and driving innovation across multiple areas to deliver new user experiences in the PC space. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Segment Marketing who has deep understanding of the PC platforms across hardware, software & ecosystems to primarily lead the software enablement and go-to-market strategies for this market at Arm.

The candidate will be an authority across hardware, software, tools and ecosystem in the PC market who will translate their experience to build a multi year go-to-market software strategy for driving Arm products into this market. You'll needs to have end to end market understanding of the PC market ranging from BIOS development, middleware software enablement, SoC specifications, laptop and desktop form factors and platform specifications to build the best PC experiences using Arm. The candidate needs to translate these insights into various growth opportunities for the Windows on Arm segment at Arm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and growth of the PC markets for Windows on Arm with focus on building software ecosystems by working with various ISVs, OSVs, IBVs, OEMs and ODMs.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, Silicon Partners, Ecosystem Partners to understand the key trends of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the Windows on Arm markets.
  • Formulate the trends into coherent market intelligence and become the internal evangelist for PC markets within Client Line of Business
  • Lead outbound positioning, messaging, and collateral for Windows on Arm and drive leadership to amplify Arm’s presence in these markets

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent required with MS/MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of shown experience in leading PC products, ecosystem management and product marketing initiatives
  • 6+ years of experience in either a product management, product marketing, segment marketing, business development role or as a PC enthusiast
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team with a problem solving and critical thinking approach to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of PC markets including trends across ecosystem, hardware, software and developer tools.
  • Consistent record of driving sophisticated engagements externally with partners and internally to drive alignment

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with cross functional leadership skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills – crafting content, delivering executive presentations and webinars and conference sessions.

Salary Range:

From: $198,027

To: $267,920
