Senior Director, Quality of Operations

Arm is seeking a multifaceted Head of Quality to lead and shape our global quality function within the Manufacturing Operations group. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this is a high-impact leadership role tasked with defining strategy, building a world-class team, and embedding quality across the full product lifecycle—from product definition to end-of-life.

As Arm scales into more complex solution offerings, this role will ensure our quality systems evolve to meet varied market needs—balancing flexibility for different product types with consistency and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Arm’s global Quality strategy, structure, and culture.

•Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed quality team.

•Drive proactive quality practices across engineering and operations.

•Embed best-in-class systems such as FMEA, RCCA, design for reliability, and ISO compliance.

•Champion the customer experience, lead root cause and corrective action efforts.

•Ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and severe defect prevention.
