JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Workplace Director to lead our North America Workplace team. This role involves translating our Workplace Vision into local strategic plans and operational activities, providing on-site leadership in San Jose, and supporting teams across the US and Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Engage with site leads, business leaders, and Workplace teams to run workplace-related issues and opportunities

· Translate strategic plans into operational actions for the Workplace team and external partners

· Collaborate with the San Jose leadership team to strengthen local collaboration and engagement

· Lead all aspects of office refit and fit-out projects from initial requirements to final delivery

· Demonstrate outstanding leadership and act as a role model within Arm and with external partners

· Build and lead a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team. Support team growth and development globally through positive leadership and mentoring

· Maintain alignment with Workplace SMEs and key internal partners

· Engage with building landlords to ensure timely support

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Arm's requirements

· Manage regional operational expenditure budget and tracking

· Provide data analysis for space and desk allocation to manage space risks and opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Experience leading a regional office portfolio and team across North America

· Proven track record of growing and leading teams in a matrixed operating model

· Successful delivery of office fit-out projects

· Strong vendor procurement and relationship management

· Ability to strategize and influence at senior leadership level

· Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence

· Passion for leading positive change

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· The role is based in San Jose, CA which is Arm's regional headquarters and our largest and most dynamic offices. The outstanding facilities in San Jose include on site gym, which includes a wide variety of equipment, and an on-site cafe to eat, relax, rewind and refresh. Commuting to the office is supported by ample parking [including EV chargers].

Salary Range:

$191,207-$258,692 per year
