The Partner Ecosystem Development team aligns Arm partners to better support our customers building custom SoCs. An example of a project this team drives is Arm Total Design which strives to build a chiplet ecosystem centered around the Arm CPU chiplet. We establish our requirements based on discussions with our customers and focus on partnerships to help remove barriers and accelerate development plans.
Our work is multi-faceted: one day we are preparing a blog to describe a successful partnership or integration, the next discussing how best to validate a new IP block. We work both with internal engineering and product teams as well as external partners from multiple fields. It’s an excellent opportunity to work on multi-company projects and learn from the team's extensive experience in this space.
What you could be doing as an Ecosystem Development Intern?
We have many engagements with our partners which requires support.
- Support with partner company profiling through open discussions with partner and online research.
- Engage in go to market activity with key partners: support events, webinars and blog writeups.
- Coordinate partner engagements with various internal Arm technical resources.
- Participate in community open-source project outreach meetings.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Masters or PhD degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/Technology Commercialization. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Experience with project/product management.
- Familiarity with the semiconductor market.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about exploring new business approaches.

This is a non-exempt hourly role which will be paid at an hourly rate based on the number of hours worked. Pay rates vary by location and educational level.
