We are looking for a hands-on Digital Content Strategist to become part of our Marketing team. In this role, you will define and implement a comprehensive content strategy, conduct audits of existing content, identify gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cohesive, engaging, and impactful content experiences that deliver value at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a company-wide content strategy for all digital web entities, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct a detailed audit of all available web content, assessing quality, consistency, and effectiveness for our audiences. Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve our digital presence.
- Collaborate with the Web Strategy and UX/UI teams to infuse engaging content experiences that enhance user interaction & improve user navigation.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and business unit teams to align content across multiple touchpoints and campaigns, ensuring a unified voice and tone.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, accessibility, and usability, following industry practices to improve reach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key marketing initiatives, product launches, and business objectives.
- Establish performance indicators to measure impact of content initiatives and use data insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Experience in building a digital content strategy, content management, or a related role within a large organization.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing content strategies in complex, multi-business environments.
- Experience in conducting content audits, identifying content gaps, and developing solutions to improve the digital experience.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a consistent record in developing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Knowledge of semiconductors and AI in IoT, Client, Infrastructure, or Automotive industries.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring content effectiveness.

Salary Range:
