You’ll lead strategy for one of these key areas, shaping how Arm supports developers building the future—whether that’s scaling in the cloud, creating the next generation of in-vehicle systems, or pushing the boundaries of gaming.
You’ll work with teams across Arm to launch tools, drive campaigns, and build connections with developers and partners. This role is a great fit if you love solving problems, thinking creatively, and making a difference for technical communities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Developer Strategy

- Create and Launch Campaigns
- Bring developer programs to life—from product launches to community activations. Work with content, events, and marketing teams to make sure everything works together and delivers results.
- Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with teams in product, engineering, partnerships, and developer experience. You’ll make sure developer needs are part of every conversation and decision.
- Build Ecosystem Relationships
- Connect with key partners and platforms to co-create content, share stories, and support joint initiatives that help developers succeed.
- Champion Developer Feedback
- Gather insights from real-world developers. Use that feedback to improve the developer experience and shape future products and tools.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in developer marketing, product marketing, developer relations or strategy roles—especially in cloud, gaming, or embedded systems
- A clear understanding of developer workflows and tools, with experience supporting technical audiences
- Strong communication skills—you know how to explain complex ideas clearly and with purpose
- A track record of leading cross-functional projects and making things happen
- Curiosity, creativity, and a team-first mindset
