Job Overview:

Solution Engineering is seeking experienced technical leads in supporting specific design functions. You will lead technical operations, define design infrastructure, process, and policy that will achieve maximum operational efficiency.

In this critical role, you'll bridge the gap between technical vision and successful execution. You'll use your deep understanding of SOC architecture principles and program management expertise to lead a multi-functional team. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-performance, power-efficient SoCs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Program execution

  • Drive product definition process during Product Concept phase of the program. Work with collaborators from LOB, SE Technology Development, CE, System Architecture, SE Design Engineering, system power & performance, and SW to develop technology solutions.
  • Manage Architecture changes process throughout the product development leading to production tapeout. Operationally drive Arch bug burndown to meet milestone exit requirements. Setup a robust JIRA instance that can support portfolio of SOCs

Functional support

  • Manage LOB & customer engagements.
  • Manage Power & Perf modeling for various configuration requests from stakeholders
  • Manage Architecture resources planning process to achieve maximum operational efficiency for the committed projects and product roadmap.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s and above degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering with a strong computer architecture and data analytics background.
  • Technically strong in SOC design concepts, including chassis elements such as clock / power / limits management, debug, profiling, security & access control, RAS, fault-monitoring & aggregation.
  • Proven track record of managing large complex SOC product definition with teams internally and partners.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multi-functional teams. Demonstrated conflict management is a must.

  • Experienced in managing SOC power and performance simulations under various configurations at different phases of the SOC development.

Salary Range:

$201,025-$271,975 per year
