Job Overview:

We are looking for a Go-To-Market Manager with a rich understanding of the sector — including hardware, software, and ecosystems — to help drive our go-to-market strategies and drive the adoption of our products and solutions.

As a Go-To-Market Manager, you act as a key authority on the intersection of automotive technologies and customer needs. You will be responsible for the growth and execution of multi-year commercialisation strategies that drive the growth of our automotive business, collaborating with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key industry collaborators. Your expertise will help craft the next generation of autonomous driving, digital cockpit experiences and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and growth of the automotive market by focusing on building and growing software ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with automotive OEMs, technology partners, and ecosystem players to understand the latest trends within the transportation sector.
  • Formulate and synthesize emerging trends into actionable market intelligence and become the internal evangelist for automotive market insights, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and drive outbound positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral that amplifies Arm's presence and leadership.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is helpful.
  • Confirmed experience in product management, segment marketing, business development, or similar roles in the mobility sectors.
  • In depth perception of the automotive ecosystem, including trends in autonomous driving, digital cockpit, electric vehicles (EV) and vehicle software development.
  • Consistent record of collaboration with multifunctional teams to tackle sophisticated challenges and achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience in handling external partnerships and driving alignment across internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.


Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to craft content, deliver executive-level presentations, and represent Arm at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence and drive strategic decision-making.
