Job Overview:
The Software (CE-SW) group is responsible for developing and improving the software ecosystem around Arm's next generation of applications processors and IP. This means working with processors and other hardware technology not yet available to the public.
You will join a team of Software Engineers who share a passion for leaving their mark on the future of computing. You will be helping Arm grow and maintain a leading position with the Windows based Large Screen Compute market.

Responsibilities:
This role is to work with a team of Windows drivers experts, focusing on enabling ARM ML architecture on Windows based systems. This includes both adjusting Windows APIs to ARM ML enablement architecture and the development of new DirectML Drivers. It also includes leading a sub-team of engineers focusing on the delivery of specific functions of the overall system.
Day-to-day activities will include:
- Participating in the design, implementation of new features, integration and debugging of Direct ML Drivers for Windows-on-ARM systems.
- Development, debugging and testing of Windows-on-ARM DirectML Drivers on different platforms including software models and FPGA systems.
- Support requirements break down, task assignment and acceptance of Software development, verification and debugging tasks.
- Lead a team of Direct ML driver developers to success.
- Influencing and building a functional collaboration environment within the team teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Windows Drivers - preferably Direct ML - development for marketed products.
- Experience working with ARM Architecture.
- Experience with Machine Learning Software concepts
- Experience in People Management and Technical Management of Engineering Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and spoken English; capable of writing documentation and mentoring of junior engineers.
