Job Overview:

Arm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy and Change Manager who is adept at the implementation and governance of impactful strategy across the Recruitment landscape. The role is instrumental in driving transformation through uplifting capability, our use of Technology, and ensuring that our Recruitment process is efficient, effective, and compliant. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Engagement and Experience team who act as the Centre of Excellence, uplifting capability and performance across the Talent Acquisition landscape at Arm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our Talent Acquisition change program through a period of significant transformation as we deliver a high-performing TA experience to meet Arm’s future talent.
• Develop and lead all aspects of our Knowledge Management strategies to assemble, distribute, and effectively use IP within the talent acquisition function.
• Conduct Process Improvement exercises to streamline talent acquisition workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance candidate experience.
• Establish and maintain Governance protocols to support compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
• Facilitate training and development sessions to build change resilience and knowledge sharing among HR team members.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead ongoing reviews and audits of talent acquisition processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, developing recruitment efficiencies and delivering a thoughtful candidate and Hiring Team experience
• Expertise leading impactful Change initiatives within People and Talent arena
• Expertise in Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, and governance strategies within Talent Acquisition.
• Skills with Project Co-ordination and developing Project documentation

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Global experience delivering across multiple geographies would be helpful.
• Preferable experience in HRIS system implementation
