We are looking for individuals with:
- Good technical grounding in Arm technologies, embedded systems, AI/ML, software enablement, SoC, or related areas
- Experience in technical communication, workshops, tutoring, demos, enablement, labs, or related activity
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences
- Practical problem-solving ability in technical or delivery environments
- Ability to work with limited guidance while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a developing function where priorities and processes may evolve
- Willingness to build technical depth and delivery capability over time
- An engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
Nice To Have Skills and Experience

- Experience with hands-on labs, applied projects, or technical workshop environments
- Familiarity with AI fundamentals, embedded systems, semiconductor design, computer architecture, or Arm-based development environments
- Experience working with universities, training partners, educators, or technical communities
This is a global role supporting Workforce Development programs across multiple markets. International travel may be required depending on delivery activity and program needs.
