Job Overview:


As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you will handle the entire recruitment process as an individual contributor. From sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, you will play a critical role in building our team. You'll work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Partnering and Advisory: Collaborating with the business to define candidate requirements, support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, and build solutions for recruitment needs.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Identifying candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and events.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience and Engagement: Ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process, proactively engaging passive candidates.
  • Offer Management: Collaborate with internal teams to build competitive offers and negotiate successfully with candidates.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity and proactively share data-centric updates.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities. Partner with wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability and solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle with relevant experience in end-to-end technology recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Proven track record in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles particularly within hardware and software engineering
  • Strong network in the tech or semiconductor industry
