Job Overview: - Fixed Term Contract  

Join the Central Engineering CT Operations team as a Senior Project Manager. You will lead architecture-based projects to shape our IP Development. This work ultimately enables partners to create energy-efficient Arm powered products. This role offers a chance to collaborate with excellent engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-tech setting. You will be part of a capable, diverse, encouraging, and inclusive group. Please note this is a FTC (Fixed Term Contract) Position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting for your projects.
  • Motivate and drive teams to deliver commitments.
  • Ensure project governance, and proactively drive project risks, change and dependencies to conclusion.
  • Have strong organizational skills, a can-do approach and be a collaborative member of the team.
  • Work closely with adjacent functional groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Legal and Operations.
  • Intentionally engage to develop and improve our processes and practices.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Leading project delivery, preferably in an Agile or iterative environment.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to be able to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners.
  • A positive, can-do spirit that embraces change, shows resilience, and is keen to take on new challenges in a dynamic high-tech atmosphere.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Product Development Lifecycles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and achievements.
  • Exposure to IP development and the SoC development processes.
  • Usage of supporting tools commonly used in Arm project management e.g., Jira, Confluence.
  • Professional memberships or qualifications in project management methodologies e.g; APM/PMI/Prince2.
