Job Overview:
Arm is looking for a PLM Integration Engineer to join the Quality team and lead the implementation of a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment for silicon manufacturing.
The role will coordinate the integration of operational and manufacturing requirements across multiple engineering and business functions into the company’s PLM environment. The successful candidate will operate as a technical leader for manufacturing lifecycle management activities and will be responsible for establishing scalable PLM governance, digital traceability, and semiconductor lifecycle management capabilities aligned with customers', suppliers', and business requirements.
This position requires strong proven PLM integration experience in the semiconductor domain and cross-functional process development capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership during the implementation and configuration of PLM
- Work closely with multiple engineering groups to define business requirements and deployment strategy
- Design and introduce PLM governance, operating model, user/admin structure, and workflows
- Create and set up product data, BOM, revision, and configuration management processes
- Establish ECO/ECN, release management, deviation, and NCR/CAPA workflows
- Support integration with ERP, MES, quality, and supplier systems
- Drive manufacturing traceability and supplier collaboration processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Computer, or Systems Engineering, with equivalent experience considered
- Hands-on experience in enterprise PLM solutions, preferable in the semiconductor industry
- Teamcenter or enterprise PLM platform implementation experience
- Knowledge of ERP/MES integration and manufacturing traceability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative environment
