Job Overview:

We are looking for the next member of our Demand Generation team. Arm technology is everywhere, and we’re looking for someone who can perpetuate that demand, particularly for Arm’s smartphone technology. It's an outstanding opportunity to be connected to many different teams across Arm and build upon our success with fresh marketing programs!

Responsibilities:

This role is about creating and driving multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support the strategic business goals of Arm’s mobile computing business. Responsibilities include:

  • Build and deliver the campaign strategy with digital and offline marketing programs for the smartphone market in the China region.
  • Work with product marketing, the Line of Business (LoB) and sales teams located in China, UK and US to grow Arm’s awareness in China, with the aim of reaching end users, including consumers with the most resonating message.
  • Collaborate with in-house media team and external agencies to ensure we’re using the best channels to reach our audience.
  • Work with internal and external creative and content teams to deliver outstanding assets that engage our target audiences.
  • Utilise the analytics team to improve activities based on data insights.

Required Experience:

You should have previous marketing experience with technical audiences, or B2B products. Additionally:

  • Be passionate about technology, particularly mobile computing, smartphones and AI.
  • Experience with leading product launch campaigns, brand campaigns and event campaigns, specifically for China markets. Implement campaign plans at pace and be comfortable influencing other teams across the business and driving consensus.
  • A strategic problem solver who can prioritize inputs from various perspectives to build an impactful plan. Run multiple projects gracefully, balancing contending priorities.
  • Be analytical and pragmatic with significant experience using campaign metrics and analytics to measure impact and suggest improvements. Have a deep understanding of digital, social media, and marketing automation platforms like Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience leading and developing other people.
  • Worked with/for smartphone manufacturers based in China.
  • Experience working with partner marketing teams
  • Good understanding of general technology trends and industry segments.
