Job Overview:

The IMO is situated within the Finance department and, more specifically, in the Operations team. We support the heart of the business by enabling successful business integrations and separations, as well as helping transform acquired assets into high performing and efficient units.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work and gain insight into different functional areas (from Finance, IT, Marketing, Licensing, HR and Sales and other transformation teams) across Arm!

You will support the integration team on a variety of projects, including transformational and in-house support programs, as well as high-profile, confidential initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint-ventures (JVs)!

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports the Integration Lead with preparing weekly workstream plans and building program collaterals (e.g. decks)
  • Provide project management support across the Integration Team
  • Ensure that all program activities are tracked consistently
  • Responsible for leading weekly integration status reporting to ensure integration plans remain relevant and are being completed on time
  • Work closely with appointed project workstream leads & support them with drafting Charters & Project Plans
  • Generate partner updates & regular KPI reports
  • Help to define, document, and maintain processes & playbooks
  • Creating & maintain the IMO SharePoint site & website
  • Provide project management support, when required for transformational in-house programmes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Transactional experience is a must – i.e. Integration, Separation, and/or IPO
  • Experience configuring complex data and developing reporting via MS Excel & presenting the information using PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills & with the ability to problem solve & translate per audience
  • Ability to create project reporting templates that will be reviewed by the EC
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline - e.g. Bachelor of Commerce, finance, project management, etc.

We are a small team within Arm, we are responsible for delivering and support major business transformational programs across Arm (IPO, multiple M&A acquisitions, divestments, in-house business change programs – such as ATA & AFA).
