Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and thorough Events Production Manager to join our team on an 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across marketing to plan and drive extraordinary Arm events, primarily focused on delivering exceptional event websites and delegate experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Arm's event management tools and the website creation, collaborating across marketing teams to run timelines and project manage event sites from start to finish.
  • Implement processes for event website creation, to improve efficiency across teams.
  • Train/Mentor other members of the team on Event website creation and ongoing management.
  • Opportunity to grow within team to support with the planning and delivery of global Arm-hosted events, running aspects such as space planning, technical demonstrations, agendas, logistics, and budgeting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and site builds efficiently.
  • Experience working with Cvent, the event management platform.

'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in technology sector events.
  • A creative and curious approach, with a passion for innovative solutions.
  • Previous experience at events in Europe, North America, and APAC.
  • An understanding of technical demonstrations, or a willingness to learn.
