Job Overview
We are seeking an Employer Brand Programme Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to help drive the delivery of Arm’s global Employer Brand strategy.
You will work with an experienced team of Employer Brand specialists to turn an established strategy into coordinated, high-quality delivery across global and regional priorities. This is a programme management role rather than a people management role, with a focus on creating clarity, prioritising effectively, keeping interconnected workstreams moving and helping the team respond with urgency as new business and hiring priorities emerge.
You will bring together people, priorities, budgets and delivery plans to help ensure our Employer Brand activity has the greatest possible impact on Arm’s hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery plan for Arm’s global Employer Brand strategy, translating priorities into clear programmes, milestones, ownership and deadlines.
- Coordinate activity across an experienced global Employer Brand team, creating clarity through RACIs, prioritisation, delivery planning and effective programme governance.
- Maintain a clear view of team capacity, dependencies and competing priorities. Help the team make informed decisions about what needs to be accelerated, deprioritised or stopped to deliver against the most important hiring needs.
- Respond with urgency to new business and hiring priorities that emerge throughout the year, assessing their impact and integrating them effectively into existing plans and workloads.
- Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early and work across the team and wider organisation to drive them through to resolution.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Emerging Talent, People, Marketing and other teams to ensure Employer Brand activity remains aligned to Arm’s evolving hiring priorities.
- Track the Employer Brand budget, maintaining visibility of committed and forecast spend, identifying potential underspend or overspend and supporting effective investment decisions.
- Provide clear, concise programme updates and recommendations to the Director of TA Enablement, escalating areas where senior leadership alignment, investment or prioritisation decisions are required.
- Partner with Employer Brand specialists to ensure major initiatives have clear objectives, success measures and appropriate measurement built in from the outset.
- Challenge existing approaches constructively, helping the team identify where activity can be delivered more simply, quickly or effectively while maintaining quality and impact.
- Maintain momentum across major Employer Brand programmes, including careers-site transformation, critical hiring campaigns, regional brand activity, content programmes and other strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate agency and vendor activity where projects span multiple workstreams, ensuring external partners are aligned to priorities, timelines and expected outcomes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience managing complex programmes or projects within Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Marketing or a related field, with a proven ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, coordinate multiple workstreams and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience aligning senior leaders and cross-functional teams, providing clear recommendations and escalating decisions when needed.
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking, navigate ambiguity and drive delivery at pace within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, forecasting spend and working with external partners, alongside an understanding of how data, measurement and ROI inform decisions and evaluate impact.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Experience working directly within an Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing function.
- Experience supporting global Talent Acquisition programmes within a large technology or high-growth organisation.
- Experience coordinating major digital, careers-site, content or recruitment marketing programmes.
Knowledge of the technology or semiconductor talent landscape.
In Return:
Join an experienced team delivering Arm’s global Employer Brand strategy. You’ll connect hiring priorities with the stories and experiences that show candidates what it means to help build the future of computing at Arm.
