Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Employer Brand & Marketing Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team at Arm. The person in this role will deliver an authentic candidate experience from attraction to day one.

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Engagement and Experience team who act as the Centre of Excellence, uplifting capability and performance across the Talent Acquisition landscape at Arm.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with Arm’s North Star, commitments, and workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create engaging content that showcases our company culture, work environment, and employee experiences.
• Manage the delivery of Arm’s Programmatic Campaigns and ensure that targeting and content aligns to Arm’s TA workforce strategy
• Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Work with our DEI Program Manager and internal partners to ensure that our branding is inclusive and connecting with diverse audiences
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Creating content to nurture our Talent Communities and ensure an informative candidate journey.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, within People or Talent Acquisition team.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
• Experience building and delivering Employer Brand Strategies
• Excellent skills in Design and Content creation for recruitment marketing campaigns
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Programmatic advertising strategies and management
• Experience in SEO and Website performance management
