This is a brilliant time to be joining the Arm Procurement team, who are in the middle of a significant transformation. Join a growing team, who are investing in the latest Procurement technology and managing close to £1bn of indirect spend.

We are looking for energetic and commercially minded Category / Procurement managers, who enjoy working in a flexible and collaborative way to join the team and deliver sustainable value.

Responsibilities:

  • Category Management- Development and implementation of category plans, to support delivery of the functional strategies. Develop and implement a pipeline of projects to deliver improvements in value, quality, risk and ESG performance
  • Sourcing- Leading end to end source to contract activity including market assessment, negotiation and contracting. Develop and maintain commercial relationships with suppliers in the category
  • Stakeholder Management- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, whilst developing positive relationships
  • Responsible Sourcing- Manage supply risk and identification of mitigating actions. Ensure our suppliers are aligned to deliver against Arm's ambitious ESG objectives

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven experience in Procurement / Category management and running end to end sourcing activities
  • Ability to develop and implement category plans, bringing the latest category insights back into Arm
  • Ability to operate in a constantly evolving and multifaceted environment
  • Skilled in developing and managing often sophisticated contracts
  • Experience to offer commercial guidance in a number of different, often complex scenarios
  • Strong communicator, who is highly inclusive with the ability to collaborate effectively

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Ariba Source to Contract experience
  • MCIPS qualified
  • Specific category knowledge and expertise within Software, Tech Professional Services or Corporate Services
