Job Overview:

We are looking to add a key member of the Automotive Platform and Partnerships team which is responsible to bring Arm’s next generation Automotive Platform systems into reality! The successful candidate will understand all technical requirements needed in an automotive system including system use cases and constraints. Drive validation requirements to validate these requirements. Create meaningful, symbiotic relationships with our Platform Partners, and drive all the needed pieces of the platform execution puzzle forward. This new role is a mix of deep technical, business savvy and strategic business transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution orchestration of Arm’s next generation automotive platform through various partnerships both inside and outside of Arm, working across multiple teams.
  • Navigate technical challenges of engineering platform development and deliver success.
  • Creatively decrease of adoption friction of emerging Arm Platform technologies in automotive.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Infectious passion for technology with recent experience in automotive systems
  • Presence and Communications - can build and facilitate engagement and dialogue. Validated ability to influence at all levels in a sophisticated matrix organization
  • Self-starter - Comfortable driving unchartered, high paced programs with limited oversight
  • Highly analytical - Data driven and possesses strong problem-solving skills, able to structure complicated issues and find creative solutions to business challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to bring difficult discussions to the table and arbitrate different viewpoints. Not afraid to speak up to ensure the success of the program and call out issues
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior execution or technical program management experience
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Computer Science
