Job Overview
As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will handle the entire recruitment process as an Individual contributor. From sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, you will play a critical role in building our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering and Advisory: Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and guide on creative hiring strategy. Partner with business and hiring team to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Build rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets.
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, events) to identify potential candidates. Create and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing: Conducting initial phone screening to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, panels and partners
Candidate Experience and Engagement: Ensure a "positive candidate experience" throughout the recruitment process. Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques and build relevant talent pool. Provide timely feedback and communicate regularly with candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: "Partner with hiring managers" to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Offer Management: Collaborate with HM, BP, and other key partners to build competitive offers, using tools, benefits, and compensation. Apply functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to better position the organization when negotiating competitive offers with applicants
Data Management and Reporting: Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities. Partner with wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
Required skills and experience:
- Demonstrated ability and Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in end to end Tech Recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Proven track record in engaging and handling senior partners and acting as a "Talent Advisor" and Ability to advise, influence, and handle a range of partners.
- Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
"Nice to Have" Skills and Experience:
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as "Hardware & ASIC/ VLSI", software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and employee referrals.
- Strong network within the tech or Semiconductor industry!
