Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and meticulous self-starter with a proven track record of delivering impactful data and insights from the ServiceNow reporting suite.

Using your technical ability and attention to detail, you will ensure partners from across the IT department and beyond are able to get the data they need on incidents, requests, changes, and other vital ITSM processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and must be keen to pick up new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and customise reports and dashboards using ServiceNow / Performance Analytics to meet specific business requirements, alongside other reporting tools.
  • Analyse ServiceNow data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in IT service management and other business functions.
  • Work closely with internal customers to capture reporting requirements, and design engaging visualisations to communicate key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Develop automated reporting processes to save time and improve efficiency for teams.
  • Assist end-users in accessing, interpreting, and utilising reports, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of data quality, consistency, and security within all reporting solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in reporting using ServiceNow, including the Performance Analytics module and table structures.
  • Solid skills and experience in data analysis, data visualization, and report design.
  • A love of working with both technical and non-technical people of diverse experience and backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently and proactively, to research and find new data trends to facilitate service improvements across IT.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and Excel knowledge.
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate at minimum - PM, MP, or SL preferable.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals qualification.
  • Good understanding of Agile development practices.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
