Job Overview

This role is based 100% in Bengaluru in India. Occasional international travel may be required for company events, special team meetings and/or workshops. There is also a requirement for on-call.

In this role, you will design, develop and optimise custom software platforms for Arm’s business operations, including front-end, back-end and integrations. You will work on projects and maintain live services as the technical specialist in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team. You are expected to have deep technical expertise in software development technologies, methods, and practices.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Be responsible for the full development cycle of Arm's applications, platforms and services in line with business requirements
  • Peer reviewing colleagues work to ensure high-quality standards
  • Maintaining service levels and performance, including responding to and resolving incidents

Required skills and experience

  • Microsoft Azure AD B2C (business to consumer); configuring, creating custom policies, integrating applications with it; investigating issues and resolving them.
  • Managing Azure AD B2C settings, configurations and policies, ideally in a source control tool such as Git and a CI / CD pipeline, ideally Azure DevOps
  • Creating and configuring front-end using JavaScript and TypeScript; Advanced JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Front-end libraries like React or Angular

Leadership & People Skills

  • Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to follow a clear vision from the Technical Team Manager
  • Actively participate and foster a positive team spirit and can-do attitude
  • Be comfortable to raise issues and concerns
