Around 70% of your learning journey will happen as you immerse yourself in your daily work, learning the nuances of your role, engaging in cross-functional projects, and taking on new challenges and assignments. Another 20% comes from building meaningful relationships through coaching, feedback, performance and career discussions, mentorships, and participating in professional networks. The remaining 10% is cultivated through formal training, eLearning, certifications, conferences, classes, courses, independent reading, self-study including LinkedIn Learning and O’Reilly, and performance support.
