Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our expanding team of automation and tools engineers. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems and services using the relevant tools. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain robust infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable infrastructures.
  • Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure standard methodologies for reliability and performance.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to optimize automated deployments.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in SRE standard methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with demonstrated experience in site reliability engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, etc.
  • Experience in implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) following GitOps framework.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI driven monitoring solutions.
