2025-13901::Senior SAP Security Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. Candidate will be responsible for operational support as well as implementing & integrating security and authorization changes throughout the SAP Landscape. Expected to collaborate with various technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery.
With a deep technical expertise in SAP security, and an understanding of how to ensure Users have appropriate access within the wider context of systems and environments that are secure and SoX compliant.
Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organization of which a minimum of 5 years is working with SAP security. A successful history of owning and delivering SAP security demand as a technical specialist in large-scale IT environments. Ability to work autonomously, with a dedication to staying abreast of the latest industry developments. Occasional international travel may be required for company events, special team meetings and/or workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Providing L2 and L3 SAP security incident management.
- Role implementation, testing, and delivery of Role based SAP Security into Production environments alongside functional solutions and teams.
- Supporting Sod/SoX related clean up initiatives and actions.
- SAP User management in project environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep experience developing security roles, authorization concepts, and controls within SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in a Sox Compliant environment.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC Access Control for risk identification and mitigation across various modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, RAR, GTS, HCM).
- BTP / Fiori based Catalog/Role based security and developing solutions within them in a DevOps environment.
- Extensive knowledge in developing SAP security solutions across S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager, GTS, and Enterprise Messaging System (EMS).
- Identity and access management and / or central user administration solutions, including SAP based ones such as CUA and GRC AC.
- Supporting and resolving production security & authorization issues within the SAP Estate.
- Resolving security incidents and vulnerabilities in SAP systems and restoring normal levels of service.
- Ability to handle the lifecycle of problems plus all related documentation and knowledge creation articles!
- Proficiency in preparing and supporting SAP security audits, conducting security gap analysis, and ensuring continuous compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Security and Authorizations, or certifications in SAP GRC!
