Senior SAP Sales, Procurement & EMS Analyst

Job Overview:

Ensure systems and business processes are developed to meet requirements. As a specialist you will be responsible for delivering system services, improvements and projects mainly in the area of SAP Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, Entitlement Management (EMS) and also Logistics General & execution. Your role will require collaboration with other business functions and multi-functional IT members to ensure the ongoing system integrity and stability. This role would signify the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment with multiple customers.

Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or in a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation. A successful history of owning and delivering SAP S/4 HANA solutions as a technical specialist in large-scale IT environments.

Occasional international travel may be required for company events, special team meetings and/or workshops. There is also a requirement for on-call.

Required Skills and Experience:

With deep technical expertise in SAP Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, EMS solutions, in a SAP Fiori based landscape, ensuring that systems are performant and fit-for-purpose. Core responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Requirements gathering, design, develop, test, and implement SAP Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, EMS products and services.
  • Providing L2 and L3 incident management for SAP Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, EMS.
  • At least two S/4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
  • Deep experience in SAP S/4 HANA SAP Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, EMS as well as SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC). FIORI and S/4 HANA Analytics.
  • Experience on Integration between S/4HANA and EMS using SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) and/or other Middleware.
  • Knowledge on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS) and Ariba.
  • Supporting and resolving production Sales & Sourcing and Procurement issues within the SAP Estate.
  • Ability to handle the lifecycle of problems plus all related documentation and knowledge creation articles.
  • A firm grasp of modern development practices such as Waterfall, Agile or DevOps.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA!
  • Knowledge on Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and Billing, Revenue and Innovations management (BRIM)!
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow and other web-based technologies.
