Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Success Factors solutions.
Produce end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects (blueprints, gap analysis, functional specifications, build and test management etc.).
Supporting, developing, & integrating changes throughout the SAP estate, through all phases of support and development lifecycle.
Core responsibilities:
Providing Success Factors functional expertise and guidance, driving technology as the business enabler.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology teams for support, enhancements and project activities.
Ensure requirements are validated, clear, understood and fully documented to ensure operational and audit compliance.
With at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation of which a minimum of 3 years is working with SAP SuccessFactors.
Required Skills and Experience:
- SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, LMS, and Compensation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.
- Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.
- Creating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data.
- Data migration strategies and tools.
- MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.
- Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications (particularly surrounding Compensation and Benefits)!
- Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and SAP SuccessFactors Compound Employee API.
- Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.
- Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile!
