Job Overview:

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialist end user support and resolution of issues with SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and also Logistics General & execution solutions evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to design, develop, projects and maintaining service.

With at least a B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is working with SAP S/4 HANA solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Providing L2 and L3 support
  • Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
  • At least one S/4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
  • Deep experience in SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Sourcing and Procurement as well as SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC). FIORI and S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics.
  • Knowledge on SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS)
  • Experience on Integration between S/4HANA and EMS using SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) and/or other Middleware.
  • Knowledge on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS) and Ariba.
  • Superb communication, teamwork and analytical skills.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow and other web-based technologies.
  • Experience of the semi-conductor industry or other Engineering based organisations.
  • Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile!
  • Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment!
