SAP FICO Test Consultant Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders and Product Costing
Testing Skills:
- Hands-on experience in:
- Functional testing and system integration testing (SIT)
- Regression testing after configuration changes
- UAT support and coordination with business users
- Ability to create and execute test cases and test scripts for FICO processes
- Experience using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Solution Manager (SolMan)
Other:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users during testing cycles.
- Understanding of IDOCs, interfaces, and integration points with other modules (e.g., SD, MM).
- Familiarity with data migration, master data validation, and batch jobs.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA testing is a strong plus.
- Good understanding of business process flows and accounting principles.
