Job Overview:

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialist level 2 operational support and resolution of issues evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to support, develop and maintaining live services in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team.

With good technical expertise in SAP Ariba, and an understanding of how to ensure solutions fit the wider business processes.

With a solid foundation in IT with at least a B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of in implementing or supporting SAP Ariba and / or Procurement processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2 and L3 support for SAP Ariba.
  • Test and implement SAP Ariba products and services.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Track record of operational support for both Level 2 and 3
  • Ariba Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts & SLP): Experience supporting sourcing events (RFx, auctions), contract lifecycle management, and supplier onboarding and qualification (SLP). Able to fix event lifecycle issues, maintain templates, and support supplier collaboration.
  • Ariba Downstream (Buying & Invoicing): Experience supporting end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing. Skilled in resolving transaction issues, supporting approval workflows, maintaining tax configurations, and handling catalog and invoicing queries.
  • Ariba Integration & API Support: Experience supporting integrations between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or external systems using CIG, CPI, and APIs. Able to supervise interfaces, analyze logs and payloads, resolve data issues, and ensure reliable system communication.
  • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and/or DevOps and Agile methodologies, whilst adhering to a Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC)!
  • Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL
  • Test, Release and Implementation

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement or other relevant SAP Ariba certifications.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP MM and SAP FICO modules, along with exposure to Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Ariba Commerce Automation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
  • Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment!
