Job Overview:
Could you define the technical strategy and roadmap for all Apple devices within Arm to ensure we delight our colleagues on a daily basis with IT that just works? As the EUC Apple specialist you will work with our cross platform Windows and Linux teams to develop and define the technical roadmap for Arms adoption of all Apple products. You will act as the Arm Subject Matter Expert for all Apple technologies and will translate all of Arms Business, User Experience and Security requirements into a technical definition to be delivered by our cross platform technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritising and balancing the sometimes conflicting Security and User Experience requirements within the Arm Apple product solutions.
- Ensuring the Arm Apple estate is run and deployed to meet our strategic focus on invisible frictionless IT.
- Championing the adoption of the latest Apple technologies across the Arm ecosystem.
- Working with your counterparts in Windows and Linux to ensure a consistent technical and functional offering across the entire Arm EUC service offering.
- Working as an automation/code first approach to ensure the consistency and integrity of the Arm Apple platform.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years experience of defining, managing and deploying Apple devices in an Enterprise environment, preferably with JAMF of a similar platform.
- Experience of working with Solution and Technical Architects to design an Apple deployment and management platform.
- Experience of automation and an Infrastructure as Code approach to maintaining a dynamic Apple estate.
- Track record of thinking on your feet and dedication to ensure success!

- Experience of supporting Apple iPhone, iPad devices via Intune!
- JAMF recognized professional qualifications.
