Job Overview:
Based in our Bengaluru office, operating a 16x5 shift pattern (IST 9.30am - 01.30 am) with on call coverage for critical incidents, you will be responsible for and running the change management process, ensuring IT services and infrastructure are conducted efficiently and with minimal disruption to Arm. You will adhere to ITIL standard methodologies, ensuring changes are documented, assessed, approved, implemented and reviewed to maintain service stability and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and run IT Change process.
- Evaluate change requests, ensuring they are complete and contain all vital information for assessment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess impact, risk, business communications and benefits of proposed changes.
- Carry out quality assurance on the processes and the artefacts submitted to support them. Develop a range of performance measure to regular supervise the effectiveness of change.
- Schedule and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring all changes are thoroughly reviewed and approved.
- Coordinate the implementation of approved changes and that all activities are planned as communicated and defined.
- Monitor the progress of changes and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously review and improve Change Process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, promoting automation and technology intelligence.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and documentation.
- Conduct regular process audits and implement improvements based on findings.
- Perform risk and impact assessment for all proposed changes, identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Making sure changes are implemented with minimal business impact to operations and in compliance, and when disruption may be present, required engagement is assured.
- Drive failed change reviews, document and lead recommendations implementation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization. Collaborate and promote Change process adherence via training and support on processes and procedures.
- Implement and maintain metrics and key performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports on change activities and performance as well as to identify trend analysis and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 + year experience in IT Change Management or process management experience in an IT environment that applies Agile delivery and ITIL.
- Worked with service now ITSM module for 2+yrs.
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and standard methodologies related to Change Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, being able to collaborate and communicate at all levels.
- Proficient with change management tools and software!
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude, and can juggle conflicting and changing priorities whilst meeting deadlines.
