Job Summary
We are looking for a diligent and analytical Program Analyst to support engineering organisation operations through data analysis, dynamic resource allocation, administration of organisation level operations like project resource allocation, organisation engineering abilities management, and project coordination. This role involves working closely with collaborators to gather and interpret data, improve program processes, and ensure the timely allocation of resource dynamically based on the priority of the programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to decision-making and continuous improvement efforts across programs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and reliable program data. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess program performance, trends, and outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support program monitoring and evaluation. Use data to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support strategic planning.
Information Management: Ensure that all program-related information is properly documented, stored, and easily accessible. Maintain and improve information-sharing systems and practices across departments. Support the development of knowledge management tools and standard methodologies.
Collaborator Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather input, share insights, and align objectives.Assist in preparing briefing materials, updates, and communications for collaborators. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and program reviews.
Project & Program Support: Monitor program timelines, breakthroughs, and results to ensure projects stay on track.Assist in preparing project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports. Support resource planning and track expenditures against budgets.Participate in the development and refinement of program strategies and objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- You would have completed a university degree in Business/Management with a keen curiosity about technology or a degree in Computer Science or a related field with aspirations to transition into a business management function.
- 10 Years of demonstrated ability in program analysis, operations support, or data-driven roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerBI).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the semiconductor industry and productization of silicon devices.
